Brooklyn-based/Bay Area-bred vocalist Corina Corina is proud to announce the release of the followup to her critically-acclaimed debut album, “The Eargasm.” Set to be released on May 14, 2013, "Come Again: The Eargasm Extended" stretches, remixes, and re imagines five of Corina’s strongest tracks from the original album.
Corina Corina has once again teamed up with internationally-acclaimed hip hop producer Willie Green, who transforms the heart-wrenching piano ballad “Royalty” into a swinging full-band R&B masterpiece. For "I’m Free," Corina utilized guest producer Fancois Merryweather (Oakland, CA) to give the dark industrial track a dubstep/Drum and Bass-inspired treatment, resulting in a Mastermind Bass Freak Remix. “O.D. Love” is given a similarly-syncopated futuristic slant from Connecticut producer Deto22. For “Express Train“ and “Cost of Living”, Corina invited special guest vocalists to breathe new life into the tracks. With "Express Train," producer Dirt E. Dutch called upon his Little Axe artist Roc Doogie to deliver an unforgettable verse rapping about the daily struggle to make ends meet. In "Cost of Living," Corina asked her protege, up-and-coming R&B singer Julius Jones, to lend a verse. The duo’s chemistry turns the Urban Miracle-produced song into a sizzling duet about the trials and tribulations of being an artist in New York City. Rounding out the project is a sassy original track with Tommy Boy recording artist Angi3, in which the ladies trade verses while alternating singing, rapping and full-on shouting, as producer Willie Green operates behind the boards and offers up his signature crisp and rugged drums. There is something for everyone on this unique collaborative project and Corina is extremely proud to present it.
